What happened
EE was moving 40lb boxes of chicken from the company truck to a cart in the receiving location of our customer 's facility. The left side of the box handle broke shifting the 40lb weight of the box to his right arm. This caused bruising and a sound of cracking down his right arm. The employee reported consistent pain but more pain while in use.
