While [REDACTED] was changing out a welder tool as he pulled the tool onto the changing table the tool became stuck as the table continuously started lowering. He attempted to dislodge the tool by pushing it forward but the tool had already started to angle and when he pushed the tool forward it dropped downward catching his finger at a pinch point.
