What happened
Surgical tech was removing a bin from the top of a Bovie machine which was placed on top of a Harmonic machine and once he removed the bin nurse turned around and noticed the Bovie machine leaning on staff 's right leg. Machine was on the ground but leaning on staffs right leg. Removed machine and asked staff member to have a seat while we assess him.
