I was sleeping on shift from the hours of [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. I woke up packed up my stuff and left work to go home. On my way home I noticed a red spot on my right forearm that was itchy and the spot was warm to the the touch. Once I got home and changed my clothes I noticed a itchy red spot on my right thumb the inside of my left arm up near my armpit and my lower back on the right side.
