What happened
Employee was carrying a five-gallon bucket (1 3 full or about 14 lbs.) of waste oil to a waste oil dumping station. He attempted to lift the bucket with his left hand while holding the bottom of the bucket with his right hand to dump it into a tote. The tote opening is above shoulder level. As he started to raise the bucket he felt a sharp pain in his shoulder and he let go of the bucket spilling oil on the floor.
