What happened
The Nurse [REDACTED] and I was in room 1413 the patient had to use the bathroom so we got him up on the stedy the patient was trying to hold it and he was starting to go on the stedy we was trying to hurry up to get him to the bathroom my finger got caught in between the door and the stedy as I was turning the stedy. The stedy wheels got caught on the patient underwears that someone left in the bathroom on the floor.
