EE was working in packout for bases.

[REDACTED] [REDACTED] was pinned against the blue post to the left side of the smaller green conveyor used for final staging placement of cabinets to be picked up by vacuum lifts. A 2nd cabinet came along and also became pressed up against the [REDACTED]st cabinet. There was a 3rd [REDACTED] that was about to be pressed up against the [REDACTED]st & 2nd cabinets creating a backup. EE had the 2nd cabinet by a strap in their right hand.
