What happened
EE was working with another staff member using the hoyer lift attached to the EMT lift mat that had been left under the patient. As they began moving the patient the lift mat twisted and twisted around EE 's hand wrist. As they continued to move patient the mat continued to twist and pull on EE 's wrist.
