What happened
The employee was engaged in a search for barrels to extract a defective batch from the Squeeze line. During the course of his search he chanced upon a pair of barrels from the Aerosol collection area. In the process of superimposing one barrel over the other he inadvertently caused a splash of the liquid contained within to enter his right eye. The liquid in question was found to contain 88% Lactic Acid.
