Backed work van up to the back of delivery truck to unload product into the delivery truck from the van

Employee backed van up to back of delivery truck to unload product from van onto delivery truck. The delivery truck is higher than the van so he stacked product on the back of the delivery truck and then stepped up into the delivery truck to stack that product onto a pallet. While stepping up his foot slipped and he caught himself with his right arm on top of the van. His shoulder popped out of socket but immediately popped back into place when he went to sit down in the truck. He also scraped his shin.
