What happened
He was on the phone walking around the truck and slipped on the metal lid in the concrete and his feet slipped out from under him. Fell hard onto his R side and had the wind knocked out of him. Felt like his chest was crushed when he landed. He was able to get himself up and into his van. There was a senior tech present [REDACTED] and he called EMS.
