Sitting at nurses station after nurses station was mopped cleaned. Got up fast to go to pt room after hearing another nurse going to help my pt to commode slipped and grabbed to nurses station desk with left arm to not fall. Fell on left knee and held to nurses station desk with left arm. I was able to pull myself up and walk to chair for a minute or two. Massaged site for a few minutes then was able to move knee and walk.
