What happened
As EE was finishing stacking boxes he had the forklift driver to come and get the stack of pallets. the forklift missed the holes in the pallet. As he was driving at an accelerated speed into the stack he pushed the stack into the EE striking him in the chest and causing him to lose his footing and twist his ankle.
