The injured employee was removing labels from boxes and approached a forklift driver to have a conversation with the forklift operator.

The injured employee was having a conservation with the forklift operator at the operator entrance side of a stand up forklift. The forklift operator accidently moved the unit backwards running over the injured employee 's foot with the drive wheel.
