Crane operator got the carrier too close to the side of the tank causing the carrier to catch onto the heating coil. The operator noticed that the heating coil was starting to raise up and a 2nd operator came to assist by entering the walkway between the 2 tanks.

[REDACTED] was attempting to release the coil from the material when it slid loose and caught [REDACTED]’s right ring finger between the metal and the coil. This caused their fingertip to be lacerated
