EE was attempting to cut straps off margarine tote
What happened
EE was working in the mixing area for kettles 3-4 when while trying to open the margarine box he injured his left index finger. The supervisors were promptly notified and AMR was called for assistance. He was transported to the hospital where he received four stitches on his finger. He returned to work without any restrictions.
