Loading a carton from the gravity fed roller conveyor to the top of a pallet.

What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] associate was lifting a case from the rollers in Parcel onto a pallet to then be loaded into a truck. While placing the case onto the pallet she felt a pain in her lower back. She went to break and tried to stretch it out but when she got back from break it was still hurting her. She then let a supervisor know that she was in pain from lifting a case earlier in the day. The pallet was a standard sized pallet (stacking onto a 5th layer) and cases have been a mixture of SKUs so there was not a large variance in weight compared to what is usually worked on in this area of the warehouse. After speaking with the associate we asked her if she would like any medical attention or if she is in need of any first aid. She declined seeing a doctor but an ice pack was provided for her lower back.
