EE stated he was replacing a chain on the chiller
What happened
EE stated I was getting ready to replace chain on drive sprocket. While rolling the belt to get chain in position to take master link off the paddle inside the chiller reached top of stroke and started on down swing and sped up. I was still trying to turn belt and my left hand got hung between the belt and pulley. I jerked my hand out but it cut my thumb when I did.
