Now he has pain from the elbow to the left biceps. The pain is constant and increases with ROM at the elbow and with wrist rotation. [REDACTED] has a deformity over the biceps a Popeye deformity. [REDACTED] cannot straighten the arm at the elbow. [REDACTED] 's PMH is not significant for prior left arm injuries.
