EE was driving to [REDACTED] for a delivery and as he was walking out to leave he slipped and fell on a small snow covered patch of ice. He fell hitting his right rib cage area. He was very soar and it hurt to breath. He called the company and he was told to go into the clinic to get checked out if the pain didn 't subside. He did go in to the clinic on [REDACTED] and then to the emergency room on [REDACTED].
