What happened
While positioning coil to load on fork of hilo coil was freestanding in vertical position. Employee used both hands to turn the coil position and coil fell over and struck employee on right side of body. The coil weight is 1344 lbs the weight of the coil forced the coil downward along right hip right leg right ankle resting upon right foot.
