What happened
Employee was attempting to band a bundle to a pallet that was setting on the floor. As he was feeding the banding strap through the bottom of the pallet the strap slipped out of his hand. The strap cut the inside palm of his left hand below his thumb. He was not wearing any hand protection (gloves).
