What happened
[REDACTED] using cut off wheel to cut off a bracket from the end of a trailer. The bracket came mostly off and pinched the wheel. Jerking the angle grinder. The jerking motion moved the spinning cut off wheel into the interior of the bend in his left elbow creating a laceration. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] applied first aid and [REDACTED] was sent to emergency care.
