[REDACTED] hooked his lanyard to the anchor point so that he could step into the trimsaw reject belt to cut out a crash. As he was stepping down onto the belt wall his foot slipped causing him to reach up and grab the cable to catch his fall and he felt his shoulder pop out of socket. [REDACTED] has history of shoulder instability.
