RESIDENT AGREED TO ALLOW INCONTINENCE CARE. WHEN I ATTEMPTED HE GRABBED HIS BRIEF GETTING FECES ON HIS HAND. HE THEN SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE. I TRIED TO GET AWAY AND HE GRABBED MY COLLAR OF MY SHIRT. WHILE TRYING TO GET AWAY I BUMPED MY KNEE ON THE METAL PART OF THE BED. I YELLED FOR HELP AND PEGGY CAME IN.
