IP had a line that was running poorly and not trimming the tails off all the time this was causing scrap and other issues around the spin trimmer area. Team member reaching into the spin trimmer through the tunnel and made contact with the blade causing a laceration to the left thumb. The door with interlock was never opened to clear the jam as it should be.
