I was assisting my patient up to the bathroom for the first time after her delivery She voided so much it overflowed the measuring hat which then needed to be emptied before I could assist her with peri care She stood and I was next to her and leaned over and dumped out the urine Also during this time I cleaned offthe blood from all over the toilet seat as well as her buttocks and backs of her thighs so when she sat down again she would remain clean Somehow this combination of leaning twistturning and reaching aggravated something in my lower back and it felt sore I plan to seek evaluation and treatment today [REDACTED]
