I performed closing counts with my nurse and started putting my sharps away for cleanup I went to unscrew my hypo needle from my syringe and the cap came off but not the hypo I accidentally stabbed my middle finger through the glove and told my PA who was still closing and my nurse I removed the hypo fromthe field and removed my glove to show I was bleeding I reported to charge cleaned my finger and had the patients blood drawn
