Patient called for help for toileting at [REDACTED] Assisted patient with toileting SBA going to the bathroom using 2 single point cane Patient is a MAX assist however me and the other [REDACTED] assisted patient to get up from the toilet I was facing her holding her using my left hand and right hand supporting her armpit andelbow while the other [REDACTED] pushes her from her back Getting her back to bed we use the sheet as a sling with the cues of the patient and lifted her right leg First attempt wasnt successful and retry it again for the second time I have to go on the right side of the bed along with the other [REDACTED] S and pulled her right legto bed
