patient in [REDACTED] was being discharged home via ems they were there to pick him up and needed help transferring him from bed to stretcher patient was very large and quadriplegic requiring total assist with the move while assisting with the slide from bed to stretcher i felt a pop and heard a click sound in my left shoulderwith an accompanying brief but sharp pain unfortunately i was also coping with what turned out to be considerable food poisoning [REDACTED] and did not initially report this i was then off from work until today the date of this report
