Before the incident
Was called for assistance for a combative patient in our psych unit Patient was not cooperative with instructions and refusing a IM shot to calm down Patient was combative threatening to kill us and verbally stated that he was going to fight us We were ordered to take him to seclusion but the patient refused We hadto physically go hands on with six of us but in the process of restraining the patient I got hit in the head multiple times and was bit on my left tricep by the patient which broke the skin
