Before the incident
on my shift on [REDACTED] but at [REDACTED] so it was the [REDACTED] rm [REDACTED] rang the light to go to the bathroom I was getting him up It was only me and the patient because he is a one assist I was trying to help him sit up on the bed so we could eventually stand up As I was pulling him up with my right arm he was pulling medown trying to sit up and i felt a pull immediately I made a joke to him about my taking my shoulder off but it felt okay It was around [REDACTED] when my upper back under my shoulder blades started hurting tremendously I could not move at all it was veryyy sharp pains beating and spasms Couldnt cough or even laughcouldnt lift anything either so i called in and went to the ER
