Employee was walking downstairs in [REDACTED] 7 when his hand slipped on the rail. He missed a step but caught himself on the next step (on video). The impact jarred his hip. He did not fall down; however he sat down on the steps for a minute before moving to the break room. He reported the accident through a translator where he was said to have fallen off a ladder onto his back requested Tylenol and stated he wished to go back to work. After break he made it to [REDACTED] when he said he couldn 't move any further. An ambulance was called and he was carried out of the house on our body board. We met the ambulance at the guard shed. He was taken to the ER. After tests were ran he was shown to have no injury to the hip or back. Using a translator at the hospital we were able to get the full story concerning the stairs. During this time his blood pressure dropped and he was discharged from the ER for the initial injury and admitted to the ICU for his blood pressure issues.
