Before the incident
Employee was taking out a stack of scrap metal to the larger dumpster outside with a forklift. The stack would not slide off the forks so the employee got out climbed up the side of the dumpster and tried to pull the metal off the forks.
What happened
When he pulled on the metal it came off the forks all at once and struck his left middle finger leaving a deep cut in the middle knuckle that require stitches.
