What happened
Employee was servicing the gearbox for the South Trim main conveyor. While attempting to loosen the fill cap which is located inside the machine near the chain and chain guard he positioned his wrench at a 45-degree angle to gain leverage. During this process he lost his grip and his knuckle struck the chain guard resulting in a cut to the knuckle area.
