Removing a pouch stuck in the conveyor belt

[REDACTED] 's left fingers were caught in the [REDACTED] 1 machine. He was trying to get a scrap pouch that got stuck while the machine was running. He was able to stop the machine as the reset buttons were next to him. He called [REDACTED] as his left fingers were stuck between the rolls as he was not wearing his left glove. Now with the machine off he waited for [REDACTED] (Maintenace) to help and make adjustment to the machine so he can get his fingers out from it. Once he did he was able to move his fingers but he was taken to the urgent care just so he could be treated. The report said bruise on one of his fingers. He was prescribed dispensed over the counter medication. Not recommend working for the remainder of [REDACTED]. he will return to work [REDACTED] full shift without restrictions.
