Training on RDC filler adjustment. On [REDACTED] @ [REDACTED] after adjusting the cup pivot to centerline and returning to normal operation a Maintenance technician on 2nd shift put his hand in the Bay 1 RDC filler cup pivot. He did not know that the filler was returned to normal operation mode.
