Employee was loading a fixture with a part
What happened
Part dropped on top of my finger while trying to put part on the measuring table at laser area. The employee was working with another employee. There was a check fixture in the way to properly load the part onto the table. The excessive reach caused an imbalance for the employee and lost the handle on the part. The part fell out of the employees hand and pinched the finger between the part and the fixture. The part is very heavy to be reaching over a fixture and keep balance.
