While the patient was sitting in the recliner in the hallway they lunged forward grabbing the employees ' hair and neck from the back and yanking them backwards and down to lap. Two other employees initially attempted to assist in freeing this employee but were unable to do so. Three other employees assisted and were able to pry patients ' hands open to release [REDACTED] employees ' head.
