What happened
While standing to adjust the chair employee experienced a flare-up of sciatica. As they attempted to sit back down the chair rolled away. In trying to maintain balance and sit down employee ended up landing at the edge of the chair and slid into a squatting position with the chair positioned at mid-back level. While in this position employee lost control of bladder and became incontinent.
