What happened
Employee was lifting sub parts out of container to load into welder. He reached in container with left hand and felt pain in shoulder. Employee was unable to provide specific details and stated only that the injury occurred while operating [REDACTED] and was unable to clearly explain how the incident took place. In a subsequent interview the employee was asked to demonstrate the occurrence at the welder and container. The employee revised the account stating the injury occurred while removing a single part from a container.
