Moving a dust and debris pan

When [REDACTED] began work today the pans that collect dust and debris from the lasers were being cleaned. At the time of the injury there was one remaining pan that needed moved. This last pan was propped up on pieces of wood 4x4 segments commonly used for storage and shipping. Under the impression that the pan was resting on the floor [REDACTED] attempted to push the pan with his hands. Which can generally be done relatively easily due to them having wheels on the underside. In this case because the pan was resting on the wood [REDACTED] was unable to move the pan. In a continued effort to move the pan and investigate why the pan would not move [REDACTED] lifted the pan and slid it forward. When the pan slid forward [REDACTED]’s fingers were caught between the metal pan and a wood 4x4.
