What happened
Standing at an oil receiver was lifting the gate with both hands to put a padlock on it. There is a 2 steel tube pounded into the ground for the gate to lock in the bottom stepped forward with the gate and stepped onto tube with left foot. Caused leg to buckle in and felt pop on inside of left knee when leg buckled.
