Employee was helping another tech to get the machine running First they were working on piecing a bunch of old belts together for it to work on this machine After they got the belt on they realized a sprocket was damaged and would hinder the belt from running properly With time in mind they decided to break off the sprocket The injured employee was holding the sprocket with his tool while the other tried prying it off with a pry bar In doing so a piece of plastic from the sprocket broke off and struck the employee in his left eye causing a tiny cut on his eye
