getting a box of fruit cups from top shelf.
What happened
i was getting a box of fruit cups from the shelf a Bird flew out of the shelf and startled me. I stumbled back and in an attempt to prevent myself and the box from falling I twisted my ankle into a weird position. the pain has escalated since.
