Organizing safety harnesses in locker
What happened
EE was organizing safety harnesses with a new hire employee from the lockers where they were stored. EE handed a harness to the new hire and continued to reorganize the other harnesses one of which was tangled on a Wet Floor Sign. The doors were open on the locker and while EE was organizing the remaining harnesses the locker fell forward striking the EE 's left side of the face (orbital bones).
