Walking over the stair case walkway at rear of [REDACTED]

was walking from cap side of [REDACTED] to spout side over the stair case. When he reached the other side and placed his foot on the ground he slipped backwards on a slick spot (glycol) that was left over from the water line that blew off and hit his head on the ground. He is ok he went and sat down in the breakroom. He said he feels ok and is a bit dizzy. ended up going to urgent care who sent him to hospital where CAT scan was done and given prescription strength tylenol.
