Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] came and notified [REDACTED] and I that a crate had fallen on [REDACTED]s foot and that he was not able to walk on it. [REDACTED] and I went to the Assembly floor and checked on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was sitting on a pallet with his right boot and sock off. His right foot appeared to be swollen and bruised.
