What happened
Staff member was leaving unit 200 making a left turn towards the main service hallway when a resident sitting at the nurses station begin to self propel himself backwards. As he went backwards the staff member tripped over the anti-tippers on the back of his wheelchair. As she begin to fall her left side of her body hit the corner of the nurses station and her right leg hit the side of the wheelchair.
