Before the incident
Was on Line 47 getting boxes unjammed when went to get tape that was going up the spiral. She stated she tripped over a pallet that was there for hand palletizing if needed. She was getting the box unjammed tripped over the pallet and fell onto her left hip.
What happened
Employee noticed cases were going up the spiral conveyor belt pulling tape from the case sealer with it. Employee attempted to correct the issue in the process tripped over the edge of a pallet under the infeed conveyor. First aid was notified and Employee was transported to Medical Services via wheelchair.
